To design your voice for free, you have to click on the first option named Voice Design. In ElevenLabs AI, just below the Projects menu, you will see a menu named Dubbing, when you click on that menu, inside it you will get the option to upload your social media links and audio video. To convert your text to speech using ElevenLabs AI, you have to go to the speech menu of ElevenLabs AI.

When you come to the speech menu of ElevenLabs AI, you will see the option of Text to Speech. Where you can generate a high quality AI voice by inputting your text, selecting your voice and can also download it by clicking on the download button. In ElevenLabs AI, you can convert only 2500 texts into speech at a time.

To convert your speech to speech using ElevenLabs AI, you have to go to the speech menu of ElevenLabs AI.
